Design Layout Approval Process - Upon purchase confirmation, Ro’s Crafting Co. LLC agrees to email the design layout draft to the Client within 48 to 72 hours for approval and revisions. The Client must provide feedback and approval within 72 hours of receiving the draft. Failure to do so may result in custom orders being canceled due to non-responsiveness.
